Hi,

A warm greeting from a very hot summer in China!

Yes, I just got back to China for several weeks summer holiday. It is so hot in Hunan right now, almost 38C everyday. Air condition is a must for every place. It took me a few days to adjust myself to the weather. Well, once I get used of sweaty, that's all fine now:)

You may or may not notice that I have missed sending out the monthly Ezine in June, because too much work needed to be done before I taking holiday. So I couldn't provide any new content for you in June. Apologize for that.

This is my father’s Chinese remedy for swollen feet, a black wood ear and winter melon skin soup. My feet and ankles usually get swollen after long hours air traveling from UK to China. This soup is just a little treatment for my feet:)
