Can't believe that Christmas is on its way now. Have you started to prepare gifts for families and friends? I haven't thought about this until the Black Friday as things are much cheaper than normal price:)

Chinese Twice Cooked Belly & Carrots

Chinese twice cooked belly is one of our family favorites. The pork belly is boiled first then fried with green chilli and cooked carrots. Seasoning with chilli bean paste, garlic leaf and sugar, this dish is full of flavor. Click the picture to see the recipe.



Chinese Noodle Soup with Egg & Veggie

This is our normal home cooking noodle soup dish. The soup is made from the fried egg, green vegetable and Chinese black wood ears. It is a perfect quick meal with a yummy taste. Click picture to see the recipe, or scroll down to watch the cooking video.
